Does NoCut use AI?

Short answer

No. NoCut doesn't use AI anywhere — not to pick your offers, not to price them, not to write them. You choose the products, you set the price and the discount, and a straightforward A/B test tells you which offer converts better. That's the whole system, and it's deliberate.

Start with the job itself. A post-purchase upsell is one of the simplest decisions in commerce: a customer just bought something, and you offer them the thing they're most likely to want next. You already know what that thing is. You know your catalog, your margins, and which products pair naturally — no model can know that better than the person who built the store.

AI would add three things to that job, and none of them help. First, unpredictability: a model picks differently than you would, and when an odd offer shows up after checkout, you're the one explaining it. Second, data questions: AI needs your store's order and behavior data to learn from, which means your customers' purchase history feeds someone else's training set. Third, cost: inference isn't free, and wherever it sits in the stack, it ends up in your subscription.

NoCut's flat $24 is partly possible because there's no AI bill behind it. The product stays focused — placements, manual picks, a test, a dashboard — so the price never has to move to cover compute.

What about learning? That's what the A/B test is for. Run two versions of your post-purchase offer and the dashboard shows you, in plain numbers, which one customers accepted more. It's the useful part of "the algorithm gets smarter" without the part where a black box decides what your customers see. And if NoCut ever automates product picks, they'll be transparent rules you can inspect and override — best-sellers, for example — never a model making calls you can't see.

Where NoCut fits

NoCut fits the merchant who'd rather choose their own offers and see exactly why each one worked. If you want AI to personalize every placement automatically and you're comfortable not knowing why it picked what it picked, buy the tool built for that — NoCut will happily not be it. If you'd rather keep the decision, keep the data, and keep the bill flat, that's the trade NoCut was built around.

Keep 100% of the upside. Flat $24/month.
